If you’re still curious to read about who I am, here’s a little more about my personal and professional background:
I’m a nutrition coach and educator with a passion for health, nutrition, and human potential. My cozy office is located in Fredericton, New Brunswick, CA, where I work with clients face-to-face or clients from anywhere in the world online. I’m bilingual, and offer English or French consultation services.
I have a University degree in science and nutrition from the University of Moncton, and became certified as a Registered Dietitian 10 years ago. I spent the first 6 years of my career working in health care, community health, and government management and policy positions.
Although my career was challenging and interesting, my real interest was in working with individuals and their personal health goals. In 2012, I started working evenings and weekends after my “day job” seeing clients privately at my kitchen table. That side-gig evolved into a full time nutrition consulting company in 2015.
The approach I take with clients is based on all of the experiences I’ve had, and the thousands of clients and patients I’ve worked with. What really drove me initially to do this work was my own personal transformation.
Like many of the people I work with, I lived on a diet roller-coaster since my teen years, and for the 10 + years that followed, I was unable to stick to any type of diet I so desperately wanted to follow for more than a few weeks. I tried all the fads I could in desperation to change my body. I felt out of control, and powerless over food. Although I was grasping for perfection in my body and with my eating habits, I eventually developed uncontrollable episodes of binge eating and emotional eating instead.
I went from binge eating in hiding, horribly unhappy in my body, and depressed, to now being confident, healthy and strong. These days, I nourish my body pretty effortlessly thanks to solid healthy habits, and feel in control of my choices.

Which brings me to you
I tell you about my personal story because I know first hand how hard healthy eating can feel sometimes, and I know how bad the yo-yo cycle can feel. If you struggle with feeling defeated by failed weight loss attempts, and you are ready to ditch the quick fix, you are in the right place.
My mission is to help you discover simple (seriously!) nutrition solutions that will last. I can help you move forward consistently, and with confidence. I don’t sell a magic pill, I help you through a habit centered, ditch the diets, self-compassionate approach.
