In December of 2014, Stephanie took complete charge of her health. She quit smoking, and began her weight loss journey.

Since then, she has lost 45 pounds, and has gone from a size 22 to 14. Having been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, she has brought her blood sugars in the normal range with her lifestyle changes. She exercises daily, while managing a busy full time job and spending time with her family.

She has learned how to include variety into her diet, and balance in her life, all while achieving consistent progress on her goals.

I have been battling with trying to eat healthy and properly for such a long time. As we all know, there’s a science to eating properly, but to have the proper information and guidelines can be extremely frustrating.

From the first day, Nicole gave me the motivation and excitement I needed. She was knowledgeable and she had the right skills to put everything into perspective for me.

After 8 weeks, I was down 10 pounds and lost a total of 8 inches. To this day I still use her meal plans to maintain the weight I had lost. If I ever have questions she is there to answer them.

I had spent hours upon hours browsing the Internet, trying to understand protein and what it was I  needed to get stronger. Nothing seemed to work for me and I wasn’t about to embark on some fad diet that “promised” results in the short term. Finally, I went to Nicole and she create a plan customized just for me based on my exercise routine, my lifestyle, eating habits, food preferences, etc.

I loved how she broke down nutrition jargon and helped me understand what I needed to reach my fitness goals. The great part was the recipes she suggested were simple, delicious and healthy.
